It is art of natural materials that draws a fairy tale and fantasy world by making use of the unique appearance of plants.
自然をテーマに植物や自然素材を用いてメルヘン&ファンタジーを描くメルファンタジーコラージュ。
乾燥させた植物や木の実、砂や石、天然繊維、ガラスの光など自然を感じる様々な素材を用いて、森の生き物や擬人化された植物などのメルファンタジックな世界を描いています。
草木や石や、空や雲など自然のものの色や形は様々で、よく見ると何かに見えるユニークな形や模様、虫食いのような穴にも自然の愉しさ、美しさを感じます。雨や太陽、風を受けて植物についた小さな時間の痕跡、欠けた石や削れていった砂などにも、あちらこちらに地球の時間を感じます。
長い時をかけ大地が創り出した色や輝き、草花が得た独特な姿や素朴なぬくもりを楽しみながら、自然と共生する心地よいひと時を伝えていきたいです。
コラージュ作品(mixed media)の他、草花が織り成す生き物を描いたイラスト、物語や自然を添えたアクセサリーでメルファンタジーの世界をお届けしています。
見るたびに楽しく豊かな心を育んでいけるような創作を心がけています。
"Mär:Fantasy" collage that draws fairy tales and fantasy using plants and natural materials with the theme of nature. Using various materials such as dried plants, nuts, sand, stones, natural fibers, and the light of glass, I draw a fantasy world of forest creatures and anthropomorphic plants.
The colors and shapes of natural things such as plants, stones, the sky and clouds vary. If you look closely, you can feel the joy and beauty of nature in the unique shapes and patterns that look like something, and the holes that look like wormholes.
There are small traces of time on plants, such as traces of rain, sunshine, and wind, as well as chipped stones and scraped sand, and you can feel the time of the earth here and there.
I would like to convey to you a pleasant moment of coexistence with nature, feeling the beauty created by the earth over a long period of time, the unique appearance and simple warmth acquired by plants.
In addition to collages(mixed media), we also deliver the world of "Mär:Fantasy" with illustrations depicting creatures woven by flowers, accessories with stories and nature.
I try to create works that are fun and enrich your heart every time you look at them.
Materials
素材について
コラージュの主な材料になる植物を育てて、押し花やドライフラワーをつくります。
インスピレーションを感じる素材があれば日頃から収集してストックしておきます。
Grow the plants that will be the main materials for the collage, and make pressed flowers and dried flowers. If there are any materials that inspire me, I collect and stock them on a daily basis.
1. 栽培
作品の素材に使う花を育てています。園芸種から山野草、雑草と呼ばれているものまで様々な植物が素材になります。樹皮や茎も素材として使用できます。

I grow flowers to use as materials for my works. A variety of plants are used as materials, from cultivars to wild grasses and weeds.Bark and trunks can also be used as materials.
2. 採集
次々と花が咲き始める春、開いた花やツボミ、柔らかいツルなども少しずつ採集します。秋は野山で紅葉した落ち葉拾いも楽しみます。
2. Collect
In the spring when flowers start to bloom one after another, we collect little by little the flowers, buds, and soft vines that have opened. In autumn, I also enjoy picking up fallen leaves in the mountains.
3. プレス
採集した植物を紙に挟んで適度な重石をしながら乾燥させます。
水分が抜けるのが早いほど綺麗に仕上がるので水分を含んだ紙はこまめに取り替えます。
3. Press
The collected plants are sandwiched between paper and dried while applying moderate weights.
The faster the water evaporates, the better the finish, so replace the wet paper frequently.
4. 素材選び
出来上がった沢山の押し花の中から作品に使う素材を選びます。様々な素材からイメージを膨らませ、花合わせをしていきます。
4. Material selection
Select the material to be used for the work from among the many pressed flowers that have been made. We will expand the image from various materials and arrange flowers.
5. 作品制作
自然素材はデリケートなので湿度や保管に気を配りながら扱います。変色やひび割れ、破けやすいものは丁寧に下処理をし、材質に合わせて染色や着色を施しながら作品を完成させていきます。
5. Create Artwork
Natural materials are delicate, so handle them while paying attention to humidity and storage. Items that are prone to discoloration, cracks, or breakage are carefully prepared, and the work is completed by dyeing or coloring according to the material.
サイズやデザインによりますが、制作期間は1ヶ月、長いもので1年かかる事もあります。制作のご依頼は、完成までに長期の余裕を持ってご注文いただいております。
The production period depends on the size and design, but it can take up to a month at the earliest, and in some cases it can take up to a year. If you have a production request, please order with plenty of time until completion.
